One Pan Creamy Ham Gnocchi

INGREDIENTS

1   Onion, diced.

1 tbls  Olive oil

2 cups  Ham, cut into 2cm cubes

1 cup  Frozen green peas

1 cup  Hot water

1/2 cup  Heavy cream

Ground black pepper to taste

1 cup  mozzarella cheese, grated

1/2 cup  Parmesan cheese, grated

2 tbsp  finely chopped parsley

 

METHOD

Step 1. On low heat add oil and soften onion.

Step 2. On medium heat add ham and cook till golden brown add peas, hot water and cream. Season to taste.

Step 3. Cook on medium low until gnocchi is tender and sauce has thickened, remove from heat. Top with mozzarella, Parmesan and parsley. Place under grill till golden brown, serve with a mixed salad .
